How we use email

Each broker's newsletter goes out to their own clients, under their own name.

  • Who receives it: only clients the broker has added to their own client list, using contact information the client gave that broker directly. We do not send to purchased, rented, or scraped lists.
  • Opting out: every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Clicking it immediately and permanently stops all future email to that address.
  • Bounces and complaints: we monitor delivery events and automatically stop sending to any address that bounces or complains.
