Partridge is provided to mortgage brokers and real estate agents to manage their own client relationships. By using Partridge, you agree to only load contact information for people you have an existing, lawful relationship with, and to only send them email they have agreed to receive from you.
You may not use Partridge to send unsolicited bulk email, purchased or scraped contact lists, or any content that is unlawful, deceptive, or abusive. Accounts found sending to purchased or scraped lists, or ignoring unsubscribe requests, will be suspended.
Client data you enter into Partridge remains yours. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.
